Our Shipping Policy

How We Ship

Most of our furniture pieces are large, solid wood items that ship by freight on a pallet. Smaller accessories and décor items may ship by parcel carrier.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Delivery Types

Curbside freight delivery: Your piece will be delivered to the curb or end of your driveway. The driver cannot bring it inside. Please arrange help to move it inside; you are responsible for disposing of packaging materials.

Parcel delivery: Smaller accessories and décor items may ship by parcel carrier and be delivered to your door.

Estimated Timelines

In stock: Ships within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks depending on your location.

Made to order: For products marked “Request a Delivery Quote,” we’ll confirm availability and the estimated delivery timeline in your quote before payment. For other made-to-order items, please allow 4–6 weeks for production plus 1–2 weeks for freight delivery, unless the product page states otherwise.

Pre-order: The estimated ship date is noted on the product page. Freight delivery typically follows within 2–4 weeks of shipment.

Freight Delivery Fees

Freight fees vary by item and destination. For products marked “Request a Delivery Quote,” submit your delivery ZIP code before payment. We’ll confirm availability, the estimated delivery timeline, and your final delivered price, including freight, for your approval. Other products may show their available shipping options at checkout. Free shipping is not available on freight items.

Items Fulfilled by Our Supplier Partners

Some pieces ship directly from our independent artisan suppliers. Timelines and delivery terms for these items are noted on the individual product page.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your delivery before signing. If anything looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 7 days at cozycompletehome@gmail.com with photos.
