Our Return & Quality Guarantee

At Cozy Complete Homes, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we source our unique items from global artisans and specialty suppliers, we handle returns via a "Resolution First" process:

  1. Quality Issues: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo at cozycompletehome@gmail.com within 7 days. We will coordinate with our suppliers to send a replacement or issue a refund immediately—no need to ship the item back!
  2. Returns: To start a return for any other reason, you must contact us at cozycompletehome@gmail.com. We will provide you with the correct instructions.
  3. Important: Please do not mail items back to the address on the package, as these are fulfillment centers and cannot process your refund.
